Some time ago i got to a point in my photoshop history in witch i stumbled across some Neon Glow effects and fell in love....BUT the problem is i did not manage to replicate almost anything....now im back and im mean and i am now called the neon making machine just joking...i managed to do something about this and i posted 2 new deviations....enjoy.
